It's not very often you find a family diner in a small town and blows your mind. This was one of those diners. Everything was spot on fabulous and couldn't taste any better. The Supreme Omelette was extremely hardy. I swear they cut a ham steak for this thing. The tomatos were drained hunks of sausage and bacon were plentiful. Homerun! The blueberry pancakes were fabulous with the blueberries burst in your mouth. The business and gravy were awesome but could have been hotter. I feel they sat a little too long. This is definitely a place you want to go and have a hardy breakfast. Both of our waitress, Ms. Sue, was on her game. Made out stay very relaxing and gave us some great advice on some tourist information.

Loved this place! We went for breakfast every morning while camping near the lake. The food was exceptional…always quick, always hot and so much flavor on one plate! The people who worked there bring you joy and a smile ! I loved the Big Wolf chili omelet…just like my Mom used to make! My husband said it was the best homemade corned beef hash he’s had! Don’t miss it!

Food was great. The waitress was very attentive and sweet! Nice quiet little cafe. Loved it. It has a feeling of walking into your grandma's dining room.

Re-review* This place was probably in my top 5 best breakfasts I have personally had. The grits were cheesy and salty, bacon had the perfect texture, my egg was cooked right, and the French toast was loaded with all the goodies. I'm usually a bit of a bird eater in the morning, but I devoured my meal.

Stopped here to get something to eat while out riding my motorcycle with friends. This place will not disappoint good home cooking and great service. We will be headed back that way in the future .

Seriously good food!! Highly recommend stopping by. Staff had just gone though a major loss but were so accommodating! We were able to eat outside with our dog. Husband had an amazing burger, and i ate every bite of my breakfast!

I’ve been going to this diner for 8yrs with my wife. Tomorrow (4/30/24) will make 3 of those 8yrs with my son. I’ve read some of the reviews on this place and I’m appalled. This place is phenomenal, from customers to employees this place needs to be modeled after. The food is always top of the line and they make sure to ask while you’re eating, the customers are always polite which adds to the amazing atmosphere. This is the definition of a hidden gym for a tourist like myself and family. Dont believe the few bad reviews, sounds to me like people who can’t be pleased. I’m already giving 5stars and I’m giving 5 more tomorrow with pictures. Thanks for all the good memories Connie’s, I hate to see it change hands someday. -The Sutton’s 4/29/2024 Update as promised (photos from 4/30/24) Once again, as always, amazing customer service. Food was phenomenal and promptly brought to our table. Our waitress even brought our son a Hot Wheels car to play with while he ate, this place is a class act. Chef came out to ask everyone how their food tasted then visited for a few seconds, very personable. Customers always so polite, which I think directly correlates with how they are treated in there. More of a family environment more than a big business. Thanks again for the memories Connie’s, we will be back next year as always
